The 2019 Art Pumping Nangang Nangang Public Art Festival uses the concept of "Art Pump" to integrate and gather the existing art resources in Nangang, and then use the power attribute of "Pumping" to extend and push outward with stronger energy.

The series of activities came to a successful conclusion on June 16. The activities included: a guided tour of public art in Nangang District, four forums themed on "Opening Public Art", and five groups of performing arts groups and the newly completed Nangang Exhibition Hall II. An interactive performance art performance of three public works of art——

"Not in Place" at the Fuxiang Public Site and the "Light Wall" with colorful colors after the light passes through the color separation glass, "The Blessing of the Mountain" on the Youren Drum, and the colorful "Yamagata Chronicle" with the theme of Yushan, "Annaqi Dance Troupe" Hand in Hand with Time" and more than 4,000 magnificent blue handmade glass light spheres floating in the air "Destination". At the end of the event, DJ Sonic Deadhorse and He Hao played music under the beautiful lights of Dujing to mark the end.
